I would like to be a fundraiser for this worthy cause. God gave me many gifts I know would be useful to you. I met Ruthy at the 24 hour worship when she sang so beautiful, she said she felt she was being attacked like we all do sometimes when we're trying to do God' s work. Since the end of September I have also been under attack and I was celebrating at the worship that I had made it through. Ruth went onto say why she thought she was being attacked and left me details of Seedlings which I've been reading. All the gifts I have are children based. Gifts such as painting, face painting, making puppets, putting on shows, writing scripts, writing children's stories, illustrating children's stories, pastoral prayers, sharing what God has done in my life, am learning to play saxophone and piano, speak a little and still learning Tagalog, and sign language. Love singing and waving my flag. Love children and playing. I've helped on children's team at spring harvest for the last 9 years. Please if you can use me and the gifts God has given me, please don't hesitate to ask. Pam

Hello Servant of God .Greetings from Uganda I believe it?s the time of the Lord for us to serve him together. Am pastor James Odeke from Uganda would love to introduce myself to you, got born again in 1985 and by then l was an active police officer and didn?t have a perm ant church but until 1987 when l got a strong call of God to serve him and bring the faithless and hopeless to the kingdom of God. Immediately and joined Deliverance church in 1991 when l was posted in Kampala for a long time and in the church I served as a cell leader. and got another transfer to a different direction of Kampala and l joined Kampala Pentecostal church and doing a lot of Deliverance service to people .and by grace am now a pastor with an Evangelist anointing I am a married man to one wife and 5 children, by the grace of God l have been to many countries preaching the gospel place like,
Sudan , Kenya , Tanzania , Burundi , Rwanda , Zambia and Congo, South Africa, These are countries within Africa and l see the hand of the Lord blessing his people in May ways.
l now run a church in northern Uganda Lira town called

Hi everybody going on the November 2011 trip, just a short reminder of some of the basic kit I think you should take. Torch with spare batteries and bulbs, penknife, personal first aid kit, immodium, insect repellant, after bite, rucksack,wide brimmed hat, sunglasses,water bottle & belt holder,bumbag, shorts with a zipped pocket, and finally the two most important items Money for beer and a large amount of a SENSE OF HUMOUR

Thankyou for your kind words. We are so glad to hear that Gambia and the people there have touched your heart as well. We have a group travelling out and staying at Badala in November so maybe it will be at the same time as you. We would love to meet you.

Hello to you all.
We met Beth and Ted on our last day at Badala Park and SO SO wish we had spoken to them way before and had the chance to visit the School etc with them. The work you all do for the people of Kotu, Gambia and all the surrounding vilages is just amazing and makes me feel very humble.
What do I do? Moan about bills, the weather, the kids playing up and never having enough money.! But I actually have EVERYTHING and have no real reason to complain.
It is these people in Gambia that have NOTHING and yet they are always HAPPY and SMILING and so welcoming and can never do enough for you. I feel bad that we could not have done more in the 2 weeks we were there (29/03-12/04/11) but we have now a huge extended 'family' in Kotu and Badala Park and are in constant contact with them. We were able to leave them with a few items of clothing and some money, but it was so little for so many.
We are DETERMINED to return to Badala Park, Kotu in November this year and will be taking with us a lot of items for our 'family' members and for the schools etc. In fact our cases will have very little in them for us as we just don't need to take loads.
We want to help as much as we can, and as one f the guests on your site wrote, 'Gambia has touched us deeply and has changed our lives and the way we now think and see things'- it certainly has touched our hearts.
We will be in touch again soon and get more info from you on how we can help.
